Adapters, Mandrels & Backing Pads

Rubber back-up pad supports 3M™ Roloc™ abrasive discs in different degrees of hardness for varying grinding applications. Conveniently mounts directly to tools with threaded shafts or used with Roloc™ shank to fit collet chuck tools. For use with RDA, RDB, RDD,and RDC discs.

These shanks allow 3M™ Roloc™ Disc Pads to fit collet chucks or drill chucks . The 1/4–20 external thread fits 3M™ Roloc™ Disc Pads with 1/4–20 internal threads .

Designed with extended shank which provides added bending strength for applications which require side loads For use with RDR discs.

Utilize to tightly secure Scotch-Brite™ Stars with 1/4-20 internal threads for a safe performance.  Mandrel has 1/4 inch diameter X 1/4-20 external threaded shank.

Used for tightly securing Square Pads and Cross Pads with #8-32 internal threaded inserts. Mandrel has 1/4 inch diameter X 8-32 external threaded shank.

For mounting 2″ and 3″ bobcat discs on tools with 1/4″ collets.

3M™ Wheel Mandrel  is used with Scotch-Brite™ CSD414 Clean and Strip Disc.

• 1/4 in. shaft.
• 1/4 in. max width

Has slotted rubber drum which expands with centrifugal force to keep the band tight while grinding. Has 1/4 inch diameter shank to fit 1/4 inch collet chucks or drill chuck.

Reusable 5/8-11 adaptor for use on Type 1 and Type 27 reinforced wheels with a 7/8 arbor, a max. diameter of 5″ and a wheel thickness of .045 to 1/8″.

Use with 1 inch wide x 1-1/2 inch long sheets of Scotch-Brite™ material to fit into tight area.

For use with Scotch-Brite™ hand pads.
